Funding Opportunity to Benefit Tribal Communities (March 25, 2024)

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has released a new round of Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) Program funding: Tribal Entities Request for Applications (RFA) — Round 2B.
Eligible applicants include (a) federally recognized Indian Tribes, tribal organizations, or Urban Indian organizations or (b) health care programs operated by Indian Tribes, tribal organizations, or Urban Indian organizations, as defined in Section 1603 of Title 25 of the United States Code and further defined in Section 5304.
County Behavioral Health Agencies Funding Opportunity: BHBH Program Round 3 (March 24, 2024)

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is now accepting applications for the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) Program’s Round 3: County Behavioral Health Agencies — Strategic Enhancements funding. Applications will be accepted until April 10, 2024.
This third round of BHBH Program funding will provide $265,000,000 to county behavioral health agencies (BHAs) for use in the expanded implementation of bridge housing services for Californians experiencing homelessness who have serious behavioral health conditions (a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder).
